On a Dell laptop,620 what do you have to look for in device manager to tell if it was equipped to operate wireless?

Thanks guys. I have a son-in-law with a laptop given to him by the state and he was wanting to connect wireless. I didn't see anything in device manager. We got USB adapter and it connected.

I have Latitude D820 (D620 "big" brother") and both there models have wireless by default (manufactured by Intel or Dell).
