Using WinPE recovery disk to create backup archives. The timestamps are incorrect, as follows:

I am in USA Eastern time zone (GMT-5). The timestamps are EST + 3 (GMT-2).
    BIOS time is local (EST).

When creating a backup, in the summary page (prior to doing the backup), it shows "created" with the correct local time, but under "archive comment" it shows UTC/GMT off by the same 3 hours. (Local/est 2:45 pm, utc 10:45 pm), and that's what winds up on the archive when viewed in windows explorer.

Using the Linux-based recovery disk, the timestamps as viewed in Windows explorer are also incorrect, but not in the same direction. They are off by -5. Viewing the archive with the recovery disk shows the correct time.

Viewing the archives with HDM in Windows shows the same errors.

Bottom line: WinPE timestamps incorrect by +3 hours
    Linux incorrect by -5 hours
Archives created under Windows are correct

Not here but in forums for other back up programs that use WinPE. The same exact question and the posts went on forever. Not sure if there is a solution or not.
