Windows Updates

I update OS/Repair using Rising PC Doctor I have Windows Update disabled! Before I use to think Updates wasn't norm, but it's better to update the system to tighten security hole leaks, fix memory leaks and etc. SP stuff yes but those into between need to be applied.

Everything that Windows/Microsoft Update can offer to my Win7 Ultimate is downloaded and installed automatically, except the language packs.

Look through all updates (Important, Recommended and Optional)
And decide which ones I need.

 

Read them all and take the ones I need.
