The problem is not in Windows, because just before installing Nod32 I updated Windows with new SP3. BUt after that can't update anything.

What happens when you try to update? If you are getting any error messages, what are they?

It downloads all updates but it won't install anything. It goes to Window where it says installing and then just new window saying "The following update were not installed:".

    And then only this:

Problem: A problem on your computer is preventing updates from being downloaded or installed.

But it doesn't say what kind of a problem or what, where...

Sometimes the errors numbers on the Windows Update site aren't obvious. Are there any links near the bottom of the page that include the error number (usually begins with 0x)? Are there links that mention troubleshooting or further information?

I've come across problems similar to this that are solved by deleting the contents of C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download
The Download folder is where the updates are saved to before installing. If it's empty Windows Update will download the updates fresh and try again.

Sorry but the problem is with Windows. I had the exact same problem its windows not registering all its installed files. Microsoft has a fix for it and its a known problem with them check the website out.
