windows sp2 firewall

    good morning all i wanted to ask with windows firewall do i tick dont allow execptions?? I dont use 3rd party firewalls due to its just to confusing and the pop ups anoy me.and well i dont really know which process to allow and not allow!knowing my luck it would b important..so do i tick no execptionso_O or if there is a small firewall out there like pc cillians..set and leave i would use it, any reccomendations? regards MD

    If you have no need of allowing exceptions you can select that option and leave it enabled. You may also find this helpful: Windows Firewall Overview & Tips.
