    Do not use it myself. But there seem to be some problems(?) with it as mentioned in THIS THREAD

    I've just been using the free scan through the internet site. I have not installed the program on my machine. And it does run just fine with Avast. (Which is what I have.) It also refuses to run on any browser other than Internet Explorer.

    Not a surprise there. LiveOneCare\IE = MS. A bit proprietary, just what we have come to expect from MS.

    very good service but as usual, its ms, and is dependent on ms basic stuff.
