We have got 4 identical machines with 4 windows vista 64 OEM licenses.
(each of them are activated, no volume license)

We would like to use Acronis Snap Deploy to deploy one master image to all four PC's. That way we have to install windows and all other software just once.

We prefer to refresh the 4 PC's with a clean image, lets say once a week.
Is it possible to do this with Windows Vista without having to activate or enter a license key each time we redeploy the image?

Maybe by using a config or setup file where we include the license key?

    Thanks in advance!

I do not think that it is possible. I believe that you would need to setup your computers with a single volume license. Next you would use sysprep to repack the image and take your snap shot with either ghost or snap deploy. The imaging packages will create a unique security ID.

For more information about OEM operating systems:

For more infomations see the microsoft site covering the use of sysprep for Volume and OEM licenses:

    Not with Vista.

    It always asks for activation.
