can anybody recommend a file manager for windows which can be used from the command prompt and also in safe mode or doesnt need drivers but still able to work with long filenames either booting from a bootable disk and still able to access windows partitions and filesystem. free is good but i dont mind paying if its worth it
Take a look at Q-DIR and see if that will work. I have used it for years and it is free. It is from softwareok...just Google it.
