    Windows Firewall Control v.6.24

    Change log:
    - New: Added a new checkbox "Include beta updates" in the About tab. This is disabled by default. This will help releasing new experimental features for WFC enthusiasts.
    - Fixed: Connections Log does not load the entries on some machines.

    Download location: https://binisoft.org/download/wfc6setup.exe

Starting with the next WFC version, all new features will be implemented first in a beta release. If these features work as expected and do not create problems (versions 6.21/6.22 :() they will be included in the official release. I hope at least some advanced WFC users from this forum to update to beta releases and share their feedback. Thank you.

Speaking updates, how come WCF never tells me of new updates when running? I only got the update offer when I manually check OR when booting up my WCF (e.g., booting up my W10 Pro.)?

You do have "Automatic check for updates" enabled, right?

The notification will not come immediately after the new version is released. It works fine though, I never missed any update notification.

Yes, it is checked. I don't get the update offer like once a month after rebooting my PC due to MS updates.

WFC checks for updates after 1 minute after wfcUI.exe starts. If you reboot your machine once a month and wfcUI.exe is not restarted, then there is no check for updates. WFC updates are not published that often, therefore there was no need to check more than once after process start. You can always manually check for updates if you do not restart WFC very often.

Ah. Only at WFC startup. It would be nice if it would check daily, weekly, or let user pick how often without doing WFC's startup checks. Maybe add that in the future?
