o_O Thanks for the response......I am trying the New True Image 9.0 and when I try to "plug an image" and then open windows explorer it always says there's an error and need to shut down. As soon as I unplug the image Windows exporer works fine...Has anyone had this problem? Need help thanks HvyDrvero_O

I'm not sure what you mean by "plug" and "unplug" an image. The TI program will create an image or restore an image, but certainly not plug or unplug.

Did you run an integrity check on this image before plugging it? Is the image OK? Was the plug successful? That is, no error messages?

Sounds like the plugged disk has some kind of errors associated with it that Explorer does not like.
