Windows 7 64 Bit RC1 & Acronis?

    can i use true image echo workstation bld 9.7.0.8206 to clone my win7 disk? works great with vista 64, wondering if anything changed in the file system that would not work?

    Well thought I'd just try. I am now running on a different drive ok so far. I think the underpinnings of Win 7 are same as vista so doing a clone drive worked fine.

    Officially Windows 7 is not supported by Acronis software, that's why I am unable to provide you with an answer. There are several threads on this forum related to the compatibility of Acronis programs and Windows 7, use Search to find them.

    Also, you can just clone the hard drive, please share the results.
