I did before but then left the Insiders when 2004 was released. For me: a mixed bag. It was interesting to see the improvements in performance and revamping of features but baffling that bugs like the Disk Optimization "never run" was identified by many in the Insiders, fixed in the Insiders, and returning like a boomerang in released 2004 with no fix yet. Unless you're Mr./Ms. Popularity: don't expect a lot of attention from the Feedback Hub. To be fair, a lot of spam and posts about problems that aren't related to Windows show up in there. It's a shame. I wish they'd come up with another method to report legitimate issues.
I run Release Preview on my personal machines and the Dev Channel on a VM for testing. I certainly wouldn't go beyond Release Preview on a PC that you need to use on a daily basis.
