    If you don't connect to the internet during the setup you won't be forced to use a Microsoft Account. I always install the latest (1909) without a Microsoft Account

    Are you absolutely shure?!

    I tried yesterday and the install rutin was different then 6 months ago, there where no option to go further from the account creation except accepting to create a Ms account. No possibility to create local during install.
