I got something else. KB 4522355. This brings my winver to 18363.446. Release Preview ring also. When I went to check on what this contained, I got this:

    mic404.PNG

Hopefully, something will surface about it soon, it must've been just released.

Great, thank you, stapp. On here, it installed in under 3 minutes. Still getting the 404 on the browser update page.

After this update, the machine was experiecing mild slow down, with boot and everything. I found that disabling the Spectre/Meltdown mitigations via InSpectre improved the matter back to baseline. Now it's back to the same dilemma: security? or performance? Have to wait and check the info when it's available.

I was just offered the 1909 update on one my Windows 10 installations and I'm installing it now. Yesterday, I installed the update on another Windows 10 installation on the same computer, from an ISO. As expected, the install completed with no issues.

Edit. It took about 10 to install build 1909 from Windows Update. But it turns out I was signed up to receive Release Preview builds. I can't remember changing the preview builds settings, but I obviously did on one of the 14 Windows installs on that computer.
