Hopefully, it will be as fast as current win7/8 updates. The whole procedure is too long on win10 as it is, with multiple reboots and annoyances. Hurts productivity quite a bit.

If today's release of build 17127 was intended to install in 30 minutes they missed the mark by a long way. I started it 2 and a half hours before I left work today and it was not done. Maybe they are saving it for the final?

Windows 10 version 1607 reaches end of life next month
For those of you who still run Windows 10 version 1607, generally known as the Anniversary Update, it is time to fire up the update engine and update to a newer version of Windows 10 as support for Windows 10 version 1607 will run out next month.

Apparently in RS4 (testing right now), LSASS.EXE is a Protected Process by default. Interesting. :thumb:

Many rumors that this will be the RTM build. I am very pleased that this build runs on my laptop where the previous Fall Update would not. Now I'm just waiting for an ISO so I can test it on a larger scale.

If you used Windows 10 Update assistant, and you want to get rid of it (the Update assistant program), you can safely uninstall it via Control panel>Programs.
