Win 7 - Windows Explorer - 'Open' Icon Missing?

    I noticed in Win 7 in Windows explorer when you click on a .exe on the toolbar you'll see the words 'Open' appear so you can open the .exe but it has no Windows .exe icon associated with it.

    Personally I can't believe for the all the looks they put into Windows 7 someone would of forgotten this and didn't place in the default exe icon that's always been used in Windows.

    Anyone know how to associate an icon with this?

    It takes on the icon of the program you have selected if it can, meaning when I select Divx the divx icon shows up where you are talking about but for some programs it shows nothing for some reason

    Yeah strange for the all the cosmetics that went into this that they didn't just give the .exe one the default exe icon...

    Makes it look like something is missing...

    By the way I forgot to put in a screenshot showing the default .exe icon in Windows 7. I circled in red what the .exe icon looks like.

    The way that file being shown is not a .exe file, that's just for various, miscellaneous files is all.
