Win 64-bit vs. 32-bit Questions

    This is very true & I had a similar dilemma to the OP about a year ago when I bought my desktop. Everyone seemed to think 64 bit was the immediate future. So I went with 64 bit Win 7. I don't regret it, but it's only comparatively recently that I have been able to browse in 64 bit, firstly with IE 9 & in the past week with Waterfox. MSE 64 bit is so light & fast it's almost like having no AV & PDF-XC (PDF reader) works very well in 64 bit. It's going to be a while before 64 bit realises its full potential, but I do believe it's the future.
