Do you make Routine Images to a Safe Location?

I don't see an Imaging Software in your Sig. Do you use Windows 7 for Imaging?

Do you do a Quick Format or a Full Format?

It is my understanding that, starting with Windows Vista, a Full Format also does a zero-write to all sectors.
