Will this increase my security?

    If I download System Safety Monitor (Whats the current version anyways? I can't get to the site, and SnapFiles/Webattack has 1.89) and then Process Guar Free to protect System Safety monitor (I am running on Windows 2000 Pro, SP4). Will this increase security?
