OS and data -> create image -> restore image -> modify OS and data (from restored image) -> create image -> restore image -> and so on...

If I keep repeating the above process for > 100x, will the TI image be clean? or is this not recommended? I know the OS will slowly degrade over time.

    Thank you.

It depends on what you intend to do in between "create image" and "restore image".
If you will be installing and trying out different applications, demos of games etc. and then restore, then yes your OS will stay much cleaner.

The image, off course, is only a snapshot of your system on that time. restoring that snapshot will render it in that state. Nothing will be cleaned by just imaging and then directly restoring.
