    Without seeing the original FOIA request, it's impossible to tell whether the conclusion "WikiLeaks Has No FBI File" is justified. For example, if they asked for the "file on Wikileaks.org", it may very well be that the file is under Julian Assange or something...

    Really? Never knew that. I think FBI has plenty of files for WikiLeaks.

    Dear God, I hope no one believes this. Of course they have files,they simply may not be filed under the name of the organization. Also, as pointed out in the comments, they are not going to hand over a single thing when the case is still under investigation. The FOIA is not an all access pass, though some might treat it as such. There are also people much higher up in the food chain working the investigations, so believe me, silence and "not finding things" is quite common and expected.
