    Hi,

I still got Spysweeper version 3.5 and with the latest update the database contain 110 249 definitions compare to 110 111 definitions for the latest version 4.5. Why is there more definitions with version 3.5 than 4.5?

    Thanks,
    Atomas31

    Hi Atomas31,

I had SS v 3.5 until this weekend when I was unable to update the definitions. I upgraded to v 4.5 and was able to get the latest definitions. Apparently, it takes a while for them to update their website where they state that all releases up to and including v 3.2 are unsupported. I suppose they now also mean v 3.5?

Now, my very large hosts file gets no shield, so I just manually mark it Read-Only anyway. It also seems to complain about my ISP control panel on every bootup, so I just click on Keep, but it happens every boot.
