Have you heard of DPI or Deep packet Inspection?

If not, read this article at Ars Technica Throttle me this: An introduction to DPI.

DPI essentially does payload snooping at the packet level. Want your data compromised - then ignore encrypting your traffic outbound from your computer.

The technology is not yet fully rolled out, so you have some time yet to get your ducks in line.
