Why isnt LUA given more importance?

    I come from a Linux background, so LUA is 2nd nature to me...as MrBrian pointed out in https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=1715183&postcount=6 , there are some minor nuisances with LUA, but the advantages of LUA for me are way more.

    It as been mentioned here that people dont like to be feel as if they are not the owner of the computer if using LUA. My viewpoint is different. You ARE the owner, you are just placing a policy in place that if some software wants admin privileges, it needs to ask you first. That is all..

    So, Instead of every xyz software roaming around as if its the owner; you are slapping them all in the face and making them ask for your permission if they want to do something serious.

    THAT is ultimate ownership :D
