I have been using ESET proudct for over 3 years and I'm giving up on them. There is nothing wrong with the product but the support on it is so bad, that is reason. I was trying to get the 64 bit version after migrating from Windows XP to Windows 7 and am unable to log in and download it with my current userid password. I even tried to get a trial version and the supplied password wont log in to download either. I sent in a trouble ticket and it was clear by the email responses that they were auto generated. After 3 such emails, I called up and was on hold for over 1 hour the first time I called and tried one more time and after 45 minutes, left my number and havent recived a call back or another email. Ex Fanboy of Eset products.
