Why ESET dont send me my username and password?

    Just purchased nod32,but everytime I send my license serial number to ESET, they say that an email was sent to me and that it should arrive within the next 30-60 minutes, but nothing happens- ESET dont send me my username and password

    I gave them an email in yahoo- already sent the details 3 times

    Whats going on here?

    Did you check your spam filter at Yahoo?

    If you purchased NOD32 through a reseller, it's likely the registration email was sent to his orderbot. If that's the case, you should contact the reseller.
