Why does AdMuncher use hooking?

    Hello!
    I wonder why AdMuncher is using keyboard hooking because SnoopFree is indicating this, and I dont see why an popup/ad blocking software have to use this dangerous approach from a privacy perspective o_O Otherwise I consider AdMuncher to be a top popup/ad blocking software :)

    Sounds like a good question for the AdMuncher forum. I see the developers post there often.

    Admuncher boasts that it doesnt work as a normal web proxy like proxomitron. Now you know whyo_O
