which tool do you use to disable programs that load with os boot?

    MSConfig may not list all the starting programmes that CCleaner will show and certainly not all the starting programmes that Autoruns lists.

    Between built in msconfig and using windows services you don't need auto runs or ccleaner. Especially if your a noob to moderate level pc user. Those tools only increase the chance of making your operating system unstable or unbootable in the hands of an inexperienced user.

    Don't forget Task Scheduler and Device Manager (Non-Plug and Play Drivers). Might find more if you dig deep into the registry and system drive.

    I was really into this stuff, good thing disk imaging was studied beforehand.
