    On main system (XP SP2):
    - Defragmentation: JKDefrag + PageDefrag + contig (defragging of individual files)
    - Uninstaller: ZSoft Uninstaller + images. I rarely have to uninstall an application.
    - Registry Repair: none. Not worth the time and risks.
    - PC System Utilities: manual tweaking most of the time + some hardening tools.

PC System Utilities: CCleaner, MRU Blaster, RegEditX (All it does is add an address bar to RegEdit. Makes it a little handier)

While not thought of as such, I use Deep Freeze as a "cleanup utility" in that upon reboot each evening,
it discards anything written to system directories and Registry, eg, temp files, mru lists, any software evaluated, etc.

    Defragmentation: JkDefrag
    Uninstaller: Windows + System Restore
    Registry Repair: RegSupreme Pro (Macecraft)
    PC System Utilities: Piriform CCleaner

Except for uninstalling at times, I occasionally use the other utilities as I'm running all the time in a virtual system (ShadowUser). Lately I've been using my C drive completely shadowed (it's a laptop), and saving whatever to different USB external drives.
