Which one is the best uninstaller?

I use Revo and Geek uninstallers

 

I use Uninstall Tool awesome program

 

It's a shame it can't delete any leftover it finds until you purchase it, and that you it won't scan for leftovers unless the program you are removing's own uninstaller runs first. I say the second part as I compare the effectiveness of uninstallers by seeing how many files and registry keys they find for a program without running the uninstaller first.
