Which of these should I run with ESS in real-time?

    MBAM, SAS Pro, Threatfire, Sandboxie?

    which is the best? I only want to run one of these so that my computer
    won't slow down that much...

    any suggestion?

    I have been using SAS Pro in real-time since ESS was released and have had great results! SAS Pro resource usage is very low, you will hardly know it's there. IMHO I think it is the best complement to ESS. It really makes up for the weakness of ESS's spyware protection.:)

    I can confirm SAS Pro as a non-conflict/resource issue with ESS although my conservative surfing habits haven't triggered an Alert.
