which is stronger?

 

VSE 8.0i. Extra intrusion prevention module and buffer overflow protection.
Also much more features and settings. I can say it provides better protection.
But on the other hand it doesn't provide POP3 (only IMAP) scanning like VS 10 does...

 

as well as I dont use pop3 services, VSE 8.0i is the best solution for me. It is quite strong. For my website I tried almost all securty products but for my main system I never gave up VSE 8.0i

dose it have antispyware ?
ist real antispyware ? is it good cleaner ? or its just like KAV riskware?

Yes it does, but only as separate addon that you can purchase extra.
Otherwise you get protection just for latest 200 (or 100) PUP's.
This also doesn't inlcude cookie and registry scanning.
There is also no 8.0i for home usage like VirusScan 8 so the only versions are these two. The VSE (VirusScan Enterprise) and VS (VirusScan). First is for enterprises and second for home usage regardles of that "i" letter after the version number...
