Which container encryption program to use on Windows 10 Pro

    AxCrypt?
    Bitlocker VHD?
    Or other ones?

    Above all, from a technical point of view, why?
    (in terms of features)

    We've had good luck with AxCrypt. It's been reliable and can be scripted.

    There are a trillion hits when searching for AntiVirus reviews, or password managers, clipboard managers,
    Over and over again they are tested, side by side.

    However, I vainly searched for a side by side comparison, with pros and cons of above-mentioned container encryption programs.
    Using Windows 10 Pro built in Bitlocker VHD is free.
    A test/review might(!) ... show as to why users are prepared to pay for 3rd party software that is more or less doing the same.
    Bottom line the question is: what are AxCrypt, BestCrypt, VeraCrypt (and others) offering over Bitlocker VHD(X) ?

    I can't speak for the others you mentioned, but veracrypt is a fork/continuation of truecrypt, which was opensource
