where's my username and password???

    it's been 3 hours since i baught Nod32 AntiVirus, and i stilll haven't received my username and password...

    help...

    What website did you purchase the license from and when approximately? I have ordered a test license and received it within 5 minutes.

    i purchased it from this adresse

    i've bought it from this adresse earlier, too, and then i got the password-mail in 4 minutes

    today i baught it for my father-in-law, and we still haven't received this mail. we've received the first one, saying that the product is purchased and you'll receive another one with username and password shortly

    it's now almost 4 hours since i received the mail
