where is link to create USB boot disk?

I bought Disk Director and True Image a couple of months ago. At the time I got it for a specific project, used it, loved it. In the course of browsing the forums back then, I found a whole article that I thought were in the stickys about how to properly create a Windows boot disk on USB.

I have a notebook with a freshly-partitioned and formatted NTFS disk. I'm ready to start my install process but realized this piece of equipment has no CD. great. boot to usb is an option and now I've been searching through these forums trying to find that article about how to create the usb boot, which I've never used.

the search is returning stuff about BartPE, which I don't know about, but no link to the articles I read two months ago.

anyone know where I can find the how-to?

made my usb boot from your downloadable link for _hdd on my flashdrive
then connected my external usb cd drive and viola! it worked!
