Well Hi to every one, I live in a very small rural village in the Land Of smiles, Thailand... And don’t get to see many European faces
So my computer is my access to the rest of the world, so just knowing there’s help on hand from this great forum, especially when I have a problem, like Aunty Virus or Uncle Trojan wants to come visit me , is a life line. Well must say all the best as its time to check under the bed for things that crawl And want to bite you.

hi all, i live in minnesota,us been in the auto industry for 31 yrs and have been a automotive instructor for 21 years..dealing with glitches on computer controlled cars has led me into a hobby of applying my diagnostic skills that i use on cars to see how well they play out on pc's ...one thing that has kept me enjoying pc's is that it takes alot of patience as with cars when there is a glitch to resolved and i enjoy the challenge..besides don't have to worry about crawling under dashes and getting beat up...lol...a saying in the automotive industry is...if all else fails...replace with a known good part....well with pc's i say...when all else fails...replace with acronis!..nice to meet you all.

I'm just a newbie that is wandering around trying to find how to post a message. Don't know why I am having such a difficult time!! Anyway, I from Florissant, Missouri, USA and am enjoying some of the responses here. Looking at the posts for Acronis True Image, I am starting to feel a little bit queezie about the software. I had no trouble creating DVD backups. Found that the restore took an awful LOOOOONNNNNNGGGGGGGGG time. The restore was fine, however. I am hoping that I will find ways to speed things up. I do have to post a message about my main problem (after restoring), so, if anyone wishes to guide me to posting a message, I would appreciate it!!
