    Hi Kerano,

I'll add a few to the list.

    For spyware information:

    - doxdesk is an excellent source: parasites
    - Eric Howes also has a great site, Protecting Your Privacy & Security, with many links you can read through, for example: Crapware Count
    - Kephyr also has a File Database you can browse through alphabetically.

    For virus information:

Most Antivirus sites will have a "virus information listing" with a searchable database. I'll list two to get you started, but I am sure others will add a few more.

    - Sympantec - Security Response
    - Virus Bulletin - Malware Directory

    For trojan information:

Anti-trojan vendors also have some information available on their sites:

    - Mischel Internet Security (TrojanHunter) - Papers
    - PCS (BOClean) Library
    - Diamondcs (TDS-3) - Articles & Alerts

Theres just a few to start, and hopefully other's will add to it. :)

    Regards,

    snap

PS - Oh, and if you do a search on this forum for rootkits, I'm sure you'll find quite a few threads on that subject.
