    The buying of patents to create income or harass competitors seems to be a growing thing. And while apparently legal, IMO, it is unethical.

    Come on! Make an honest living or compete on your own merits!

    It's actually illegal due to anti-competition laws and Apple and Microsoft will be under investigation.
