This may sound silly to you, but it's annoying to me. I;ve purchased the upgrade to a full version from the trial version....around 45 mins ago. I have the trial version installed, been installed for around 27 days (I;m not positive about the exact number).....I go to updata>Setup, but the username and password fields are not active. I am not able to enter a username or password. Do I need to do something....I know (cause I read on the ESET website) that I DON'T need to uninstall the trial and reinstall a full version, so it's something else. Will these fields become active?
