Currently, and in no particular order:
    Sandboxie
    Defensewall
    Browser Sentinel 2

I've also used Online Armor, DSA, Drivesentry, Prosecurity, Prevx, Cyberhawk, Bufferzone, KAV7, Regrun, SSM, Winpatrol Plus, Anti-Executable, A-Squared.

Online Armor is my favorite but I can't say I've used any others. Haven't felt a need to try any more of them. :)

    Easiest HIPS
    a) DefenseWall
    b) ThreatFire free

Can als be used in combo

    Fastes lowest CPU usage HIPS
EQS (when in 3.41 using the 4.0 application control set of system and advanced system protection) + Mamutu (doing the process protection of EQS in a more intelligent way and letting EQS protect Mamuto against shutdown)

    1.Mamutu
    2.Online Armor
    3.ThreatFire

Now don't count TF twice here though. LOL.
