:gack: Any of ya show up at my abode with the ingredients and the omelet pan will come out in a flash. As a kid I used to love when our little community would call a pot luck, dang if there weren't some good eats to come out of them. For you Peaches, the cheese will be piled high.

    Thanks

LOL Ronjor. We have alot more brands in Belgium : Cote d'Or, Callebaut, Neuhaus, Leonidas, Guylian,...
Godiva however is well-known in the USA, Japan and Arabia.
Godiva are in fact quality pralines. Leonidas is probably the most popular brand of pralines in Belgium, because they are cheaper.

And of course many tourists love our chocolate : pralines and bars.

Just thought I'd share a small bit of American History.....

Wiliam Kellog, born in Battle Creek, Michigan, established the Battle Creek Toasted Cornflake Company 100 years ago yesterday, Feb 19th 1906.

I enjoy a large bowl of Kellogs 'Crunchy Nut Cornflakes' with ice cold Semi-Skimmed milk every morning.....who else enjoy a Kellogs product ??

How nice of you to share!

It's a little known "fact" that the PCB's (Primrose, Cochise, an Big Buck)were triplets whelped out of a litter in the wilds of Tasmania. Their Madre Grande took them under her wing (literally) and nurtured them til the cows came home. As the cave became too crowded she shipped the neer-do-wells Primmy (to the States where he became a farce force in chicanery) and Chise (to the land of tea an crumpets to tend his Nursies bloomers blooms in der garden.

Buckie...aka "Baked Bean Man"....however, as punishment, was exiled to Oztralia and went on to become the purveyor of the world famous "Breakfast of Chimpianns". "Sugar Frosted Beans" w/banana bits has become a staple on every discerning Ozo's table. As they are hardly edible the box makes a great centerpiece!

Having them w/milk is for sissies though! The instructions on the box recommends icy cold beer.

I make my own wholemeal bread with poppy and sunflower seeds and stuff like that in it. I have it toasted in the morning with a huge mug of green tea. I just love it !
