whats up with acronis chat

    I have not been able to use it for the last week, or is it my luck.

    and how about a phone number! nothing but answering machines!

    excuses!

    thats so wrong

    just like having product box images of their products, you dont get them. pdfs for manuals, emails for serial numbers, URLs for download links.

    And I PAID $100 FOR THEIR SUPPORT, PER PRODUCT
