I been a NOD32 fan for years and have recommended it to anyone that wanted a very good AV. I still like to keep open-minded and see how well other products are doing. I've also been a COMODO fan for years after using there free personal firewall. I like the idea of FREE and theres tons of free software out there that do a great job if not better than some PAID-FOR products. I'm currently running the CIS for my AV/FIREWALL/HIPS. What yall think, should I stay with Smart Security or is the latest CIS good enough?

It depends on how you use your pc and your browsing habits.

CIS: strong firewall + hips. Weak AV component. Free.
    ESET: strong AV. Not free.

So if you are visiting the "white" side of the net only...with Comodo suite you'll be ok. Otherwise I could advice to keep the firewall+defense of the CIS suite and get a better AV. Or stick with Smart Security.

And Comodo programs are usually a touchy subject.

Both Fajo and the Tester are correct. Posting Policy Statement - Antivirus Software.
With the above in mind, thread closed.
