What tool do you use to clean up junk files of Microsoft operating systems?

    Mostly CCleaner and OSPC (Online Solution Privacy Cleaner), sometimes Vit Registry Fix, Temp File Cleaner (software.addpcs.com) - it's similar to TFC by OldTimer.

    ccleaner with custom winapp2.ini


    but how can setup winapp2.ini to delete files without extenction ?

    ccleaner can auto-update winapp2.ini automatically ? (Like with bleachbit)

    Nope. You have to manually replace it with the updated file from here.

    But there is a third-party app that offers automatic/easier winapp2.ini update management for CCleaner: it's called CCEnhancer.

    How do you clean the Junk Files after Updating/Uninstalling Apps/Drivers etc.
    (i.e. when you are Not in the Shadow Mode) ?

    BTW, I also use Deep Freeze and Shadow Defender...;)

    for example Chromium , i found inside the profile many files without extension
    like
    ccleaner (outside should support Chromium ) can delete files without extension ?

    ccleaner and or jv16 and also manual removal of junk.
