Are you referring to the extra junk that comes with Windows or the junk that accumulates from usage?

For the junk/bloat that is installed with Windows, I use LitePC utilities. They're all good tools.

For removing the junk that's installed on new PCs when a Windows disk isn't available, The PC Decrapifier works very well.

For the junk that builds up from usage, Eraser works just fine. Unlike tools like Ccleaner, you have to specify what files and folders you want erased. I moved a lot of the locations where files accumulate (cache, temp folders, etc) to a RamDrive, which eliminated the majority of the buildup.

Using Deep Freeze here, all "junk" written to the system partition is discarded on reboot, so nothing accumulates.

I do this too, using the Shadow Defender always in Shadow Mode, so everything is erased when restarting.

BleachBit primarily. Sometimes Wise Disk Cleaner. Both have portable versions available. EraserDropPortable for erasing files and wiping free space.

I am curious as to why you use CCleaner daily. Surely every month of couple of weeks is plenty?

I use ccleaner and Toolwiz, at first i only use the CCleaner, then added a free version of Toolwiz, to tell you the truth, toolwiz can scan and clean up the garbage more than CCleaner, but I still used together, After a few months, maybe I just toolwiz

Ccleaner with CCEnhancer list here, it seems almost everyone prefers CCleaner here.
