Norton DNS - For malicious site blocking.

SRWare's Iron browser with Adblock Plus beta for Chrome - For a more secure browser and without ads.

AppGuard on locked-down - Would feel really safe just with it. Tested it before on a VM and it blocked EVERYTHING.

Panda Cloud AV Free - Trying it instead of Avast! Very light just like Avast! Using it in case of browser-based spyware, or if something squeaks by AppGuard. I do wish it showed a report after scanning, and that it had options on what to do with an infected file or behavior.

Malwarebytes free - Probably unnecessary with AppGuard and Panda, but I can't see having a computer without it.

Also System Restore off, UAC off, and a monthy image or when I install a major program.

    Currently testing:

    W7x64-U

    WSA
    Comodo FW/D+
Emet 2.1 (Always, Opt Out, Opt In)
    OD: Hitman/MBAM
Chrome. No Java. C2P internal plugins (pdf/flash/update)

Light slowing in startup, but that's it. Comodo knew most of the apps or quickly cloud confirmed; WSA is fast and light. The pair seems secure with very few potential exploit paths.

Will be testing AppGuard replacing Comodo soon.

Wish I could go without Java.

I'm hoping Sandboxie comes up with a way to Sandbox Java without Chrome.

    STill with NOrton...

Want to try some other but confused.. KIS 2012 was good but heavy for me.

F-Secure experience was horrible for me as it took an hour to install with slow update...

Is there any difference in f-secure and bit defender in terms of performance ?

    Yep.

The only third party program I plan on using in the future in Sandboxie when it's built for Windows 8.

Removed ESS, installed Panda URL Filtering.

Chrome and IE still sandboxed. Thinking of putting back Comodo FW/D+.

Decided not to put any realtime AV. :D
