Trying Panda Cloud free for a while instead of Avast! due to better performances in AV-Comparatives and AV Test.

Dropper Emsisoft Anti-Malware. Feeling cocky with my limited setup.

Considering getting AppGuard and dropping an AV altogether since I don't like Sandboxie and I'm tired of waiting for a 64-bit DefenseWall or GeSWall.

Anyone using AppGuard with no AV? Is your PC faster with no AV or does AppGuard slow it down about the same as an AV?

Quick update, I removed Malwarebytes and replaced it with Emsisoft Anti-Malware.

removed Panda and went back to Eset. For me in the end it will be Eset or Avira. The only 2 that I seem satisfied with.

Re-added NAV 2012 as I've still got a year left on the license. Have stopped running Chrome in Sandboxie as it's too much of a hassle with auto-updates for the browser itself and its extensions. Still very glad I bought it though as it's a great program and I like to support one man operations.

I also noticed that. This is one reason (along with many others) I use Firefox.

I ran Chrome in sandboxie and didn't have a problem. I stopped eventually because I don't think Chrome needs it.

I didn't have a problem as such, just got a little tiring having to start Chrome unsandboxed when I wanted to either alter or install an extension. Also, deleting bookmarks didn't work (that is, deleted ones would reappear upon restarting Chrome), despite having provided Sandboxie direct access to them.

Removed KIS 2012 and installed Avira 12 in purpose of getting better performance but all I got is slower browsing speed & Win7 start_up and higher HDD activity:blink::blink:

Does anyone notice or has similar isues with the Avira 12?
