    As always, check my sig., I make changes to it once in a while as I discover new ways to balance security/performance.

    Its rather high, around 150mb on heavy use. But I think that's still acceptable since most pc has 2gb memory as default ;)

    @Kees,

    you have AppLocker at your disposal on a couple of those machines, yet you refuse to use it?? Is that because of some obscure, non-mainstream poc floating around :D

    Not a lot has changed for me. I'm using Avast still for a little longer, MBAM paid, Sandboxie. I have switched browsers though, I'm going to stick with IE9 a while

    Guess what, the laptop came with McAfee IS 60 day trial :rolleyes:

    Hi - the only problem I've had was one false positive relating to Netgear. They fixed it quickly when I submitted the file.

    Couldn't find a cheap NIS offer online (Delivery via Download), so i just decided to buy a a few EAM licenses and OA :D

    You could go with the Comodo Internet Security Pro 2011 that is free for a year.

    I need some advice, got bored and removed Avast! 6 IS and Mamutu 3. :p

    So now i'm only having:
    -ZoneAlarm Free Firewall

    try eset,norton, VIPRE ...

    if you want something more exciting F-Secure

    i am going to stick with the malware stopper SpyShelter Premium and the the malware erazer hitman pro;) my best combo so far:thumb: and not too expensive:thumb:

    Added Comodo firewall + Defense+ back.


    edit: I can't think of any other security programs to add that won't use up resources/ be totally useless.

    at least 1 thing i can promise is that hitman pro is a must scaner:thumb: the rest is unpredictable:)
