@ams963: Why did you remove Easeus? That's an important backup program, and it doesn't run in real-time.

Oh! I guess you are right. I'm back with Easeus todo backup. Gonna try to install SBIE again to see if it works this time without any problem.

    Avast antivirus
    Comodo fw/d+
    Malwarebytes antimalware(trial period realtime)
Firefox-adblock plus, betterprivacy and bitdefender quickscan
    Panda usb vaccine
    Easeus todo backup

    All are free!

    Acer Aspire One netbook.
    Win xp sp3 32bit
    1GB RAM
    1.66GHz
    160GB HDD

    Hi ams963

If u use all avast shield + all comodo firewall feature (including sanbox)
It might cause some conflict with sbie.
U can try to turn off some of the module from both of them.

J_L can gives u the right direction, since your set up is rather similiar,
    specialy on the realtime protection.

With the recent 50% discount on MBAM PRO, I have now added it as my only form of real-time malware detection. Still lean and mean.

Edit: I think I'll purchase Sandboxie soon, then my arsenal will be complete.

Wish I could use MBAM real-time, one of the best applications to detect and prevent pests. But already hit my limit, three programs in real time.
