Which FW are you running? OA or AIS? I'm interested in what you think about the AIS FW if that's what you are running. ;)

I removed AIS Firewall. I used AIS Firewall before this, I used the work profile and it was pretty silent. I'm trying a configuration and so far I like it.

Removed stormshield; it seems to beta right now hopefully it gets improved soon. Also tried emsisoft AM but to many FP's with some games I play (That are legit and not malware; I scanned with HM Pro, avast, SAS, and Prevx all report they are clean).

Looking for a new tool to try out any recommendations?

If you haven't used OA FW before, I hope (and think) you'll like it. I had no major complaints. I really like the HIPS, though there are a couple programs (MailWasher Pro and Foxit Reader) that OA HIPS will simply NOT remember to trust (for me, and just on one computer!), and I had to always re-enter the setting. But that seemed like a very small price to pay for the overall greatness of the program.

Recs for what? An AM? Have you run MBAM Pro? Or a suite? Have you tried Vipre Premium? :thumb:

Anything Free or cheap that could accompany what I already have (posted a few replies up from here) or replace something if its better. I have MBAM Free and its pretty good opted for SAS Pro instead though as it did a better job for me. Vipre used the trial a while back it is also pretty good :)

I have used OA FW before plenty of times and I already like it, its my favorite firewall ;) . But its my first time using ++ version of it though not a big deal really. Can't wait until OA 5 comes out.

only pick one of either Bufferzone or Spyshelter.

otherwise your computer is liable to cough up hairballs.
